Authors are invited to submit full papers, not exceeding ten pages (including all figures, tables and references). This conference uses the style guidelines developed for the HAISA conference. A comprehensive set of instructions for preparing camera ready papers can be found here, an example paper (annotated with style names) is available here and the Word format template is also available. Please refer to this before submission. Authors are strongly encouraged to use the Word template for ease of paper formatting.

Once the paper is accepted for the conference proceedings, it is assumed that the author(s) give(s) consent for the paper to be published in the proceedings by the conference organisers.

Before a paper is reviewed a declaration is to be signed and submitted with the words:

I have funding to attend the conference.

For publishing purposes

Papers accepted after the double-blind peer review process must comply with the following requirements, otherwise they will not be included in the Conference Proceedings. Also meet the deadlines for submissions to have the paper included in the Proceedings.

• The paper should include the author and co-authors' name, affiliation and contact email
• Note that papers may be reformatted by the conference organisers for the conference proceedings and for journal submission
• The paper will only be included in the conference proceedings if at least one co-author is able to present the paper at the conference. Registration fees for presenting authors must have been received by 10 October 2014 otherwise the relevant paper will be omitted from the proceedings
• The paper should include a title, abstract, and references
• All changes recommended during the review process must be incorporated into the final paper, or refuted in a letter to the conference program committee
